Breakfast and lunch during 8.5 hour shift week

Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal with either a banana or
apple base or raisins (this one has a banana base) topped
with cinnamon

Lunch: A simple salad with lettuce, steamed carrots and broccoli.
I either any combination of cheese, raisins, meat or tomatoes
This one has raisins and mozzarella cheese
